The CRMS-TFS certification was designed in partnership with the UAE Executive Office for Control and non-Proliferation and includes three self-paced E-Learning plans and exams:
1. United Nations Sanctions Obligations & Financial Action Taskforce (FATF) Recommendations
2. Targeted Financial Sanctions Guidelines for Financial Institutions (FIs), Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professionals (DNFBPs), and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs)
3. Guidance on Counter Proliferation Financing for FIs, DNFBPs, and VASPs

El curso fue diseñado en sociedad con MCRELL Consultores especialistas en la materia en México. Esta alineado a la Guía para la Certificación de la CNBV en la materia, consta de 9 capítulos y un examen que proporciona al candidato una visión amplia y detallada del régimen de PLD y CFT en México desde sus orígenes hasta el estado más reciente del régimen. Además, dota al candidato de los conocimientos, habilidades y juicio que necesita para aprobar satisfactoriamente la certificación de la CNBV y sobre todo para desarrollarse como profesional exitoso en el área de PLD y CFT.

This course was designed in partnership with MCRELL Consultores, AML / CFT specialists in Mexico. It is aligned with the CNBV’s Guide for AML/CFT Certification. The course consists of nine chapters and an exam that provides the candidate with a detailed overview of the AML and CFT regime in Mexico from its origins to the most recent state of the regime. The course equips candidates with the knowledge, skills, and judgment they need to successfully pass the CNBV certification and, above all, to develop as a successful professional in the area of AML and CFT.
